Now Accepting HICAPS

We’re pleased to now accept HICAPS at our practice, allowing eligible patients with private health fund cover for orthodontics to claim benefits on the spot.

If you have orthodontic extras cover with a private health fund, simply bring your membership card to your initial consultation. We can:

Check your fund’s contribution instantly
Process eligible claims directly through HICAPS

If there is a gap for the initial consultation or commencement payment, you’ll be responsible for covering the remaining balance on the day.

Please note: Monthly repayments cannot be processed through HICAPS. If you are seeking a rebate for ongoing payments, you will need to speak directly with your health fund once the payment has been debited from your nominated account.

Our financial policies

Before beginning orthodontic treatment, our friendly Treatment Coordinators will explain the proposed treatment plan and then discuss the fees required to perform the treatment. Each of our patients has the option of paying for their treatment in instalments.
