Free Children's Orthodontic Assessment
These school holidays, take advantage of a complimentary new patient assessment for children aged 7–10 with one of our experienced Treatment Coordinators. Limited spots available on Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 8th & Thursday 9th July.
Who will I meet?
When you bring your child to our practice in Narellan for their free assessment, you will be greeted by our receptionists and have a meeting with one of our friendly Treatment Coordinators - Jen, Natalie or Casey.
What will happen?
If your child is between the ages of 7 and 10 and you are unsure whether they need orthodontic treatment, book an orthodontic assessment with one of our Treatment Coordinators today!
During the assessment, the Treatment Coordinators will take records (photos) of your child's teeth and jaws. Our team then share and discuss your child's records and x-rays with Dr Harris after your child's initial visit, to determine the time and suitability for treatment if required and offer preliminary advice.
What are the next steps?
If your child is ready for treatment, our Treatment Coordinator will contact you to schedule a comprehensive examination with Dr Harris. This consult will be free of charge (conditions apply). Consultation normally valued at $180.00.
What is the best age to see an Orthodontist?
Watch Dr Harris explain
Dr Harris recommends children have their first orthodontic assessment around age 7–8. At this age, a mix of baby and adult teeth are present, giving us the best window to identify potential issues early.
Early evaluation allows us to monitor jaw growth, assess spacing and alignment, and plan the best course of action – potentially avoiding more complex treatment later on.
An early assessment doesn't always mean early treatment. Sometimes it simply means peace of mind for parents, knowing their child's smile is developing as it should.
